Hima Varshini Karukonda
Hima is the HR Manager at Nischalarna Yoga, where she oversees all activities, events, and programs dedicated to promoting health and well-being. A passionate yoga teacher and practitioner, Hima is deeply committed to helping individuals take their first step toward a healthier lifestyle, guiding them through the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness. Anjali is a Health Coach at Nischalarna Yoga plays a pivotal role in motivating and guiding participants throughout their wellness journey. Adilakshmi, based in Abu Dhabi, is a passionate yoga teacher who transformed her life through yoga. Once a homemaker, she lost weight, gained health, and found her purpose in sharing this transformative practice. Kalyan Raavi
Kalyan is a Health Ambassador at Nischalarna Yoga, committed to personal growth and volunteering to support community health initiatives. After suffering a heart attack, Kalyan explored various methods to lose weight and finally achieved his goal with Nischalarna Yoga, shedding 35 kg, from 115 kg to 80 kg. His incredible transformation has not only changed his life but has also inspired many of his family and friends to take the first step toward a healthier lifestyle.
